Quick question I am hoping you can help with. Im new...just ordered a slip bag and a 9" reflex bag...Should I get decent on those before getting a heavy bag? Was thinking of getting a wavemaster xxl pro freestanding bag to train. I just picked up Sam Ness's Peek-a-boo basic techniques book. Thank you!
Should do heavy bag first for form. The cobra you can build bad habits if used too soon. But there’s no reason why you can’t do all three

There is a progress you have to take in training to overcome the fear of being hit. You have to start off slow and shouldn't be sparring yet and then work your way up to light sparring and then eventually harder sparring
